Register

Fill in the form with your personal details and the workshops you want to join. You can also reserve lunch and order your FOTM T-shirt. Your registration is complete when you click ‘Send’ at the end and see the confirmation message.

You will immediately receive a copy of your registration by email. We will review your registration and send you a confirmation within a few days, including payment details. If you have any questions in the meantime, or you made a mistake, feel free to contact us.

The information you provide in this form will only be used for organizational purposes.
Photo and video recordings may be taken during workshops, concerts, and jam sessions. If you do not wish to appear in these recordings, please inform the photographer or videographer on site. These images and videos may also be used for communication purposes (website, social media, printed materials)
